Crystal grew up in New Haven, Connecticut.

"The house we lived in was occupied by several spirits so I know it can be frightening. I want to help people who believe spirits are in their home or place of work. I believe this is one path in my life that I am meant to follow."

Crystal wants to use her gift to help those who have passed as well.

"The more I do this the better I become at sensing the presence and relaying the messages and emotions from the spirits around me."
