Eric Morin is an interviewer & artist in the paranormal field. He is a
resident of
Connecticut, & grew up in two
childhood houses that were both paranormally active.
Eric’s first home was a rental
historical house, where people died in the early 1900’s,
during a fire. The house was
haunted by something sinister & prankster like. The activity
would plague the Morin family. In
1984, when Eric was seven years old, his family moved
out & bought a small house a mile
away. In the first moment Eric walked in the house he
knew something felt weird & it
truly wasn’t an escape from the paranormal. His parents
did not deny or, confirmed that
perhaps there was an untold secret about the home. It
wasn’t until Eric witnessed a
full body apparition, did he get confirmation on his own. He
had seen a woman with long dark
hair walking through the dining room. It was then the
secret was explained to him by
his father reluctantly. As Eric got older instead of running
from his fears he began to study
the paranormal to get answers.
Eric’s
investigational skills with the paranormal began at the age of seventeen. He
joined a Civil War re-enacting
outfit based in Connecticut. Eric would travel to old
historical battlefields & forts
throughout the eastern side of the United States. There he
would listen to stories of the
sites & explore the claims of the re-enactors. Gettysburg,
Pennsylvania was the battlefield
that Eric believes is the paranormal capital of the
country.
In 2002, Eric began his career in
law enforcement putting the paranormal interest
behind him. It wasn’t until his
near death mishap in a kayak, when Eric’s interest was
redirected to spirituality. His
terrifying experience was paranormal in itself &, this began
his spiritual path. He wanted a
deeper explanation not only on Ghost but, the interaction
of spirits with people. He had
met many gifted psychics &, mediums claiming to be able
to communicate with the spirit
realm. He admits to being naïve & unaware of the
dangers of spirit communication
at the time. Eric joined a novice paranormal group &
didn’t resonate to them. He
noticed that there were people that were dealing with
serious spiritual problems.
Within these novices groups there were ego issues among
members &, lack of services to
clients. He felt investigations should be service &, these
issues should be resolved not
entertained.
Eric redirected his studies into
a stronger faith base following in Jesus, due to
witnessing miracles. He had met
the director of East Coast Angels, Michael Salerno &
together they formed a
professional bond. They both attended very powerful classes in
Demonology from a gifted teacher
in the field. Eric was more aware of the dangers of
spirit communication, if it is
not done correctly. He began to realize how little he knew &,
studied deeper into the faith
based angle of the paranormal.
Currently Eric works with the
East Coast Angels & other groups that truly want to help
others in resolving problems. He
also enjoys working with clergy & learns more as he
has done serious cases. He uses
his interviewing skills &, art skills to gather as much
information prior to a possible
investigation. The information gathered helps for safety
purposes in all types of angles.
Eric is able to discern claims, based on his knowledge
with spirituality, paranormal &,
law enforcement backgrounds. He contributes his path
as a calling & believes where he
goes from here is in God’s hands.
